I met Stephan and the rest of 3EB at the Star 98.7 FM Fan Nation Festival at
Verixon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, CA on May 6th, 2001. Everyone who went
to this thing had the opportunity to meet 3EB and 5 of the other bands who
played. Anyway, when I finally made it up to where Stephan was sitting, I pulled
up my shirt sleeve to show him my big 6 flower collage tattoo with the words PUT
THE PAST AWAY done in a scroll/banner below it. Stephan couldn't believe it! He
yelled out, "OH MY GOD!!!". I wasn't expecting him to be that surprised but I
found out from him later that he'd never seen any 3EB tattoos with song lyrics.
Needless to say, he thought it was totally cool and he suggested I get a picture
up on this website, which I plan to do very soon. One of 3EB's photographers
asked if he could take some pictures of it and I gladly let him. By the way,
anyone reading this who took pictures of me with 3EB showing off my tattoo,
please email me as I would love to see the pictures!

I HAVE ALREADY LEFT THIS ON THE BOARD BUT I STILL CANT GET OVER THE FACT THAT I
HAD MET THEM!! i DROVE FOUR AND A HALF HOURS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT TO GO TO
NEW YORK CITY. ON THE HOWARD STERN SHOW THE BOYS WERE ON!! I WAITED FOR HOURS
FOR THEM TO SHOW UP AND BEG THE MAN AT THE DOOR TO LET ME IN! AND WHEN THEY
ARRIVED I ATTACKED THEM WITH PICTURES ( AND YES, I WAS SO NERVOUS I DIDNT KNOW
WHAT TO SAY BUT "CAN I TAKE YOUR PICTURE" STEPHAN LOOKED AT ME AND SAID YEAH,
SURE" HE PUT HIS ARM AROUND ME AND MY SISTER TOOK A SHOT! AHHH! I WAS IN
HEAVEN!! THEN AFTER THEY WENT UP STAIRS I WAITED AND WAITED AND THEN THE DOORMAN
SAID " YOU CAN GO UP NOW" HUH! OK, SO I HAULED ASS UPSTAIRS AND TALKED WITH KC-
FROM HOWARD STERN SHOW...AND WAITED IN A ROOM WITH TWO CHAIRS AND TONS OF TAPES
AND THEN THEY CALLED ME IN..I THOUGHT I WAS JUST GONNA GET AN AUTOGRAPH UNTIL I
WALKED THREW THE DOOR AND THERE THEY WERE. STAIRING AT ME! AHHH! STEPHAN SAID I
HAVE SUCH NICE SHINEY HEALTHY HAIR(HEY THANKS BY THE WAY!) I TALKED WITH THEM
FOR A BIT..WAS TOO NERVOUS TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND THEN THEY PLAYED "JUMPER"
AHHH!! I WAS IN TEARS. YEAH THAT MAY SOUND CORNY BUT HEY- I WAS SO HAPPY. I
ALWAYS SAID TO MY FRIENDS " SOMEDAY IM GONNA MEET STEPHAN AND SMELL HIM" YEAH ID
LIKE TO DO MORE THAN THAT BUT I WONT GO THERE NOW. ANYHOO! AT THE END OF THE
SHOW STEPHAN GAVE ME THEW LYRIC SHEET AND HE SIGNED IT AND GAVE NE HIS GUITAR
PICK. AS HE WAS SIGNING THE SHEET I SMELLED HIM. I SOUND CRAZY HUH..WELL I AM!
ANYWAY I TOLD HIM THAT I HAD ABOUT A HOUR OF SLEEP AND SHOWERED IN A HURRY JUST
SO I COULD COME DOWN AND TRY TO MEET HIM. THEN HE TOLD ME THAT HE DIDNT EVEN
SHOWER-UHH GROSS! SO I CRACKED A JOKE AND I MADE HIM LAUGH. ROBIN LAUGHED
TOO..BUT I WAS IN SUCH SHOCK..I MADE HIM LAUGH!! THAT WAS SO..I CANT EVEN
DESCRIBE IT. I WANTED TO MEET IN FOR SO LONG. I LOVE 3EB! IT WAS TOTALLY A DREAM
COME TRUE FOR ME. I KNOW THAT YOU SAID THAT ITS NOT HARD TO MEET THEM. BUT I
LIVE IN UPSTAE NEW YORK AND ITS HARD TO MEET THEM WHEN YOU CAN HARDLY EVER SEE
THEM.

My roommates and I got tickets to the show at Mesa Amphitheatre. We saw them at
celebrity theatre earlier in the year, and we wanted better seats. So we showed
up pretty much 5 hours before the concert. We ended up standing up against the
gate in the very front row. Before the concert started, I told my roommates I
was going to get a pick that night. Sure enough, after How's It Gonna Be,
Jenkins chucked his pick and I snatched it up. The concert rocked, and I didn't
think it could get any better. As we were leaving, our clothes drenched with
sweat, me thinking this was the greatest time ever, a woman approached us. She
took me aside and said, "I saw you singing every word of every song, and singing
your guts out. Do you want to meet the band?" I said no. Ha, just kidding. She
took me and all of my friends, and these 2 random girls we met, and we all got
to meet the band. The lady took me up to Jenkins, and said, "This kid sang every
word of every song Stephen." And he was like, "Cool." Then, like a moron, I
said, "Mr. Jenkins." and he was like, "Dude, you don't have to call me Mr.
Jenkins." So then I told him what I've always wanted to tell him. "You guys,
3eb, you guys are my Led Zeplin. My dad had Led Zeplin when he was a kid, that's
his band. You guys are my Led Zeplin." And Jenkins said, cool as ever, "That's
the coolest thing anyone has every said to me." Then he signed my ticket with a
pen that didn't work, and he took off. It was pretty much the single greatest
concert of all time. Thank you 3eb for the music, the shows, everything. And
thanks to the tour manager that took us back stage, she is one sweet lady.

Okay...I left to go to the stage doors during "God Of Wine" Since they usually
play that song last. Waited waited waited and finally they came out....Tony
first but I will skip to Stephan since this is stephanjenkins.com. I asked
Stephan if he still had the book of parodies Caroline (the 3eb parody webpage
mistress) had given him and he said "You're the parody girl?" and I said "Not
exactly, but I did write "masterbate"..then he said something about masterbation
always being a good thing. Stephan then asked me my name and I told him but he
pronouced it wrong so I had to correct him. Then he was talking about how that
night was one of the first nights for them to play "Ode to Maybe" live and he
asked how I thought they did. I said that they were awesome (of course). I told
him I was one of the few people there (it seemed like) that new the words to
"Slow Motion". I then asked him about the EP and he said that it was still
titled black (though I don't think it's still being refered to as that). I
mentioned something about the internet and Stephan told me all about the "On the
Road" thing they have on their website...and about how they had been editing the
video for "10 days late" in the tour bus earlier. Stephan was still signing
autographs and stuff and talking to me at the same time. Eventually he had to
stop talking to me but said "It was nice talking to you Johanna". It was sweet
that he had remembered my name. He signed a few things for me also. He was sweet
and I can't believe he was interested in talking to me for that long. Stephan
rocks!!!
Well it was a free concert with the Wallflowers.If you bought a cell phone you
got blue tickets which guaranteed you seats within the first 10 rows.Well my bf
bought one and we ended up getting 4.So my sisters Girlfrend and I got up at
5:00 the morning of the concert to trade in our vouchers.We had to sit outside
when it was raining untill 10:00am when it opened.The whole time they were
talking about they would be giving out meet and greet passes.So after we finaly
got out tickets that ended up being 3rd row we decided to hang out and try to
win.The test was who ever could write legably and correctly the words to semi
charmed kinda life won.So we heard that and took off running to her car.Luckily
she had the song book.We wrote so fast and ran back up there,I was shaking the
whole time they were reading it.The lady shhok her head and I screamed.I was so
excited.It was the first time I had ever been to a 3eb concert and I got to meet
him.We got our pictures made with the band and I would look at Stephan every
time I looked at him he would look.I was staring:)The bassest kept his hand on
my back for the picture and Stephan put his on my back to lead me where to
stand.I almost died.My bf was mad b/c I kept on fixing my makeup and making sure
I looked good.It was the best night.I would love to meet him over and over again
and get to know them.It was a great concert and I can't wait for them to come
back.Maybe I will get lucky and meet them again.

I saw Stephan last night outside of a building on Mission Street.There was a
beautiful tall blond girl sitting on a beige motorcycle holding him and kissing
and laughing.I thought for sure it was Charlize but it wasn't.This girl looked
like somebody I have seen in a magazine or a movie but I could not identify
her.Me and my friends drove by slowly and I think he saw us staring so they both
went inside.We found out later that the building is their recording studio.

My best friend were just up for an ordinary trip to the mall...boy did we get a
surprise!! We walked in a saw all this commotion at "The Wall". We saw a 3eb
sign and kidding around I said "that'd be cool if they were here"! I asked this
lady what was going on, and she said "oh 3eb is signing autographs" The line was
soooo long. We decided to walk around a bit until the line got shorter. When we
went back the line was very short but we also found out that the line was cut
off and nobody was to get in. I was devastated of course, so my friend and I
decided we HAD to get in that line. We asked a security guy if we could and he
said "you have to ask him" and pointed to some dork in a suit. So my friend went
over and asked, and made up this whole big story. Now don't get me wrong I love
3eb alot, but they're my not my fave group in the world or anything. Well.. she
told the guy that they have inspired me to write music and I would just die
inside if I didn't meet them. So then i fell to the ground and busted out in
tears. Of course we knew this guy had to have a soft spot and he did! He let us
in. When we got up there I didn't know what to do with myself! I said nothing
and just shook really bad. Arion kinda laughed at me and told me not to pass
out. They signed my paper and I just went on my way. Well, after they left for a
concert they were doing I went back in. I saw cups near the chairs they were
sitting in, and said to myself hmm. I saw some lady cleaning up and i just
simply said "excuse me miss" and as i looked at the cup she knew I wanted it.
She just said "you don't really want that do ya?" But of course I did. So
instead of taking a water bottle I went for a coffee cup. I went out of the
store and told my friend what I got..she asked "who's is it?" Hmmm I didn't
know!!! So i went back in and asked the same lady that let me take the cup. She
said that Stephan was the only one that drank coffee so it must be his. AGGHHHH!
So I have stephan's coffee cup!! That to me is totally awesome. I will never
forget mee

So my story is way different from any of the other ones.I bought both of thier
cd's just for the heck of it cuz I thought they were a good band.I work at the
Toledo Zoo and we have a lot of big bands play in the amphitheatre.This past
summer I heard Third Eye Blind was going so I figured I would get tix.When the
big day came I ended up working earlier in the morning and around 12 pm the prop
trucks were pulling into the place where they pull in,which is right outside
where I work so I got to see the band before the concert.so I met them on my
break when they were sitting around eating.Come to find out,the zoo lets
employees into all concerts free so I gave the tix to a friend later that day.I
got first row seats because I had my uniform on and I was allowed to go anywhere
with that.Then after the concert my friend and I(who also works there)went
backstage and no one asked us any questions because we looked like we were
working.So 3eb gave us a personal tour of the bus and we got to have dinner with
them backstage after the show.I had to laugh when I saw all the people outside
the gates crying to get in and my friend and I just walking anywhere and
everywhere.Third Eye Blind were so sweet and we got a lot of good memories.Lions

Wow- there are a LOT of stories here. Well- here's mine! I've seen 3EB in
concert twice- both at excellent venues I might add. The first time I saw them-
they came to Eastern Michigan University (where I go to school) and played in
the main auditorium...performing on the very same stage that I do in the
Orchestra! Anyway- that's not my story. My second concert was at the State
Theatre in Detroit (a GREAT place for concerts- very intimate). My best friend
had bought us tickets as a birthday present for me. The concert was ON my
birthday- so I decided to make it my mission to get on stage and/or meet Stephan
specifically. So- I got all decked out (well, kinda) and decided to write "it's
my birthday" on my chest (no- not across my boobs). Our tickets ended up being
in the balcony so I was pissed I couldn't even TRY to get on stage- then sure
enough Stephen performed a song about 4 rows away in the balcony!! I totally
surprised myself by almost bursting into tears! He's so amazing! Anyway- we
decided to beat it out of there and wait outside (in the freezing rain) to get
autographs. While we waited we took pictures with the guys from Tonic.
Finally the band came out- and we were right up againstthe fence- one of the
first people they could see. Well- instead of telling them everything I was
thinking- I kinda froze and got really shy. Tony came up and signed my sticker
and said, "It's you're birthday? Happy Birthday!" AND GAVE ME A BEADED BRACELET
HE'D BEEN WEARING! I was so shocked! I waited for Stephen to finish signing for
the people infront of me. When he got to me, he looked at me and said, "Oh my
God it's your birthday? WEll, Happy Birthday!" AND GAVE ME A BIG HUG! All these
girls were so jealous-one of them even accused me of lying about my birthday!
(which I hadn't)
Special Note: There was this totally trampy looking girl next to me who could
barely breathe who begged Stephen to let her kiss him...you know what he said?
"Come on- you know I have a girlfriend". I tried so hard not to laugh! It was
the best birthday I've ever had!
So my sister, roomate and I decided to go to the 3eb concert at the last
minute...why i dont know because we're third eye blind freaks, but anyway we
found out the guys were doing a signing at the local mall there. We almost didnt
make it, we couldnt find the mall and it was raining like hell that day. When we
got there we thought we were gonna miss it because it was really late but
luckily we didnt, but we were at the end of the line practically. anyway i was
frantically taking pictures and thinking of what to say while in line...so when
it came to our turn i remained composure somehow. they all signed my cd and were
really nice. i asked stephan if they were gonna play slow motion, he said he
wasnt sure. He also had just gotten his hair cut short again and i love it short
so i had to comment... I said, Hey i really like your hair, did you just have it
cut? He said yeah, you really like it? its not to short? (simultaniously rubbing
his head) Yeah i answered while reaching over practically in extacy and rubbed
his head. It was great. I also saw Stephan up really close at the B94 concert in
Pittsburg being interviewed by some guy...I heard him saying he's kinda
embarrassed but he likes DMX (he yelled DMX really loud) thought that was kinda
interesting...thats my stephan story... they rock
A bunch of us were at a 3eb concert that a local radio
station was promoting "wzzo" and they said they were having a contest for two
back stage passes for the person who made the best 3eb banned. When we got
to the concert there were hundreds of people who had made signs, most of them
out of posterboard and glittler and markers. My banner that I took five
days off of work to create was on a queen size sheet and was painted on.
Everything on the banner was perfect from the 3eb symbol to the eve6 symbol,
including the fly. I also put the wzzo and mtv logo's on the sheet,
because they were sponsoring the concert. When my group showed off the
banner outside people litterally started throwing there little five minute
posters away. Wzzo said that my banner was deffinantly the winner and told
me to meet them at the back stage entrance after the show. During the show,
after everyone who really are'nt fans left, 3eb came out to do two more songs.
There was only about one hundred people left in the arena and stephan pointed to
us several time and gave us the thumbs up. That had made my day but i
still had two backstage passes to get. After the show was tottally over i
went to the back stage entrance to get the passes. The jerks at the gate
had given them to two teenage girls who said they were really big fans of the
band. I was pissed so i started to argue with the security guards and then
the promoters. The tour manager heard what what was going on and came over
to tell me to leave. We then got into a big arguement and proceeded to
tell me that 3eb doesn't care about the fans and they wouldn't like to see my
"stupid fucking poster anyway." He then told me he was going to personally
kick my ass and he would see me when i got out of the hospital. You know
what the guy looks like, fat, balding, and an overall dork. So i told him
to bring it on and we will see who will end up in the hospital. After
about ten minutes of this he finally saw my point of view. He finally let
me, my brother and one of my friends go back. We waited here for about an
hour till they (3eb) were ready to come out. The tour manager went and
told them that we were waiting to see them and when they came out Stephan came
and talked to us first, i was in shock. Then Arion, Brad, and the late
great Kevin. We got our pictures taken with them right away and then had
our banner siged by all the members of the band and hung
out with them for a while. It was so cool. I could have dies then and been
happy. We say them again a few months later and Arion remembered who we
were, no one else, just Arion. He stayed and talked to us after the last
show for about an hour and a half. He would go and sign and take pics, but
he always came back to us and we talked about music and our band. He just
wanted to know about us because we alreasdy know everything about him. If
you ever get a chance talk to Arion he is the coolest, most laied back of them
all. He is just real. if you have any moe questions about my

I Went to the concert with bad tickets, annway I Was seated in the lawn. Little
did I know Stephan rushed to the center of the lawn during a song. I ran to see
him and was right next to him, I Just stared at him forever, and the I touched
his pants. So then I got out my camera and took a picture of him, I blinded him
with my flash, I think he was pissed about it because he looked really annoyed.
HE was wearin a guns and roses tee shirt which I though was really cool. My
friends who worked at Pineknob (which is the place the concert was at.) gave me
backstage passes, I was really exited. I Went backstage and they were ready to
leave. I said hi to Stephan and he smiled at me and walked away. I don't think
he reconized me from taking his picture. HE was so cute and his eyes are
amazing. I love him!!!!!!!!
I was leaving because I was tired and had already seen 3EB in concert before so
I was heading out and they were just heading in the doors and they signed an
autograph for some chick (and me being blonde forgot to bring pen and paper)
well I angelically said to Stehphan "Hey i Know you want to say HI to me" and
then he replied "You know what I do want to say Hi to you, HI" I was like sweet.
And guess what I was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. That just goes to show you
dont have to dress like a Skank to get someone famous to notice you. Thanks for

Hi Jen and Everyone!
I met Stephan and Aaron last Tuesday in Portland, Maine. They
played at a varity concert "the Q-Bash". I had managed to get 7th row tickets,
but decided there was no way I was going to settle for that far back. I
saw an old friend (whom I haven't seen for 3 years) and she was front row, so of
course I fanagled my way past the back water security. So for all 50 mins
of 3eb I was front row (pictures to come). Then.. I rushed outside, by the
tour busses and met up with these 3 kids from Bedford, NH Mitch, Jill, and
Allie.(who met Jen at the Becks San Fran. Concert). We when around the
side of the Civic Center to the stage exit door. As people left we went
through the locked doors. These kids were rocked, they had a sign "Jenkins
Rd." Which Stephan was throughly impressed with (as was I). We saw the band walk
back into the "Back Stage" room to meet with contest winners. The four of us
said Hi.. Ten minutes later Stephan came out and said hi, and slapped his
signature on the street sign. It was incredible, I couldn't believe after
4 years of following 3eb that Stephan was standing in front of us. It was
great. But, as could be expected he had to run. He didn't sound like
he felt well. Hope he felt better by New York.
That's my "I MET STEPHAN" Story. I didn't take pics back stage (As I've
read that Stephan doesn't like his picture taken.) But I'll send Jen the Front

on 11-20-00 i was with two friends walking around in soho doing a little
shopping when i walked passed two people with their back to me. i thought
nothing of it until i heard him say something to the vender on the street.
i looked back and it looked like stephan but i thought it couldn't be. so
i looked again and then he over heard us talking to each other trying to decide
if it was him or not. then he came over to us and sure enough it was him.
he was great he stopped and took five minutes to chat with us. i was in
such shock i did not know what to say other than "you are awesome". then
he continued on his way. looking back i wish i had gotten an
autograph or picture with him but at the time i did not want to bother him, he
was out doing his thing. i found it funny how he casually cusses, just the
way he says it and the look on his face is a little different than most others.
anyways stephan is totally cool with his fans and his band rocks.

I had been to a 3eb concert before, (my
freshman year at Indiana University, when they were with eve6 on the bonfire
tour), but I met Stephan and 3eb after a concert at the rival school, Purdue, on
Saturday, March 25, 2000. A friend and I waited after the concert by the tour
buses for a little over 2 hours and it was freezing but well worth it. I talked
to Arion about how funny the TV show Lavern & Shirley was, and i talked to Brad
for a short bit about the Bonfire Tour. I talked to Tony about some alternate
tunings. As Stephan worked his way down the line of about 50 people, I tried to
think of something to ask him so I could carry on a conversation with him beyond
a autograph, so i asked him about one of my favorite songs, "Horror Show" and he
told me what influenced the song. We talked for almost 5 minutes which was cool.
By the way, "Horror Show" was greatly influenced by Lou Reed on heroine, so I've
heard,...
It was July 23rd of 2000 and me and my best friend, whose name is Tom as well,
went to see 3eb on their Red Summer Sun Tour. The show was amazing and
full of energy. Then after the show we purchased our t-shirts and headed
outside. We went around the back of the Colesium where they played and
after a couple minutes Tony came out and shook our hands and signed a few
autographs but everybody was really thirsty for Stephan to come out. Then
a garage door opened to our left and this navy limo pulled out. The back
window was half-way down and I could see Stephan in the back. The limo
pulled out on to the busy road and eventually got stopped at a red light about
100+ yards away from us. So I just took off. I went across a parking
lot for the venue employees and then a huge field of grass in front of the venue
until I finally made it to the road and the limo. It must have been the
adrenaline that got me there so fast. I startled him a little at first
being I showed up so abruptly but he graced with a kind handshake and asked me
if I enjoyed the show and I said, "Man, it ROCKED!!" and he was glad to hear it.
Then the light turned green and he drove off in to the nite. By that time
Tom showed up and I told him what happened and he was amazed. But then the
adreneline rush was gone and I was so drained I just fell down.

I met Stephan two years ago at the House of Blues in
Myrtle Beach. After I took a week off of work and drove eight hours to see them,
I got hurt during the show. I refused to get medical attention because I didn't
want to lose my front row spot that I baked in the sun for five hours to get.
After the show my friend and I wanted to go see the buses. We went to the back
of the building and there was Kevin just standing there. I had made friends with
a lot of the security during the show so they let me talk to him. Next thing I
know all the guys are out there and Stephan remembered me getting hurt. (He
stopped the show to ask everyone to not be so rough when I got hurt.) Everyone
was so nice to me. I will never forget that night!

Well, have met him a couple of times & he is always very
nice & polite when he chooses to make an appearance at the landing parties. My
bestest friend Debi who is ill with many problems, some she was born with,
others resulting from car wrecks (she wasn't driving) anyway she was born with
Spina Bifida, has an inoperable brain tumor with a shunt from her brain that
goes all the way down into her abdomen, traumatic brain injury, and too much
more to list. Well, there are medical records, prescriptions, doctor & hospital

Because I contacted Elektra Records and told them my story, we were given
landing party passes for a RSS concert in Indy. We brought the medical records
and everything else we could think of in case someone questioned us. Because
this was such a special night for Debi, she was all dressed up, knock down great
looking, she's a very pretty lady to begin with. At the landing party, all th!
e guys were very nice, signing things for us, getting
pictures taken etc. Several times Stephan asked Debi if he could get her a
beverage. (his words!) However, not to be a grumpy butt, we were so impressed
and grateful for our opportunity that we decided to spend some $ and bought all
the guys a shirt (nice ones) & for Arion's b-day Debi had special crystal
necklaces handmade for him, then we spent lots more $ and flew to Vegas to catch
the last RSS concert and give them their gifts. Well, all the guys were very
nice again, however after we returned home, Debi had received an email from
Arion questioning her health problems, stating that he hoped we hadn't lied
about them to get free tix. Well, they did have tickets for us at the Indy
concert, but we had already bought our own and sat in the seats we paid for. We
have paid for every ticket of every concert we have attended. Not to mention
buying bunches of t-shirts & souvenirs. And don't forget the airfare & hotel
rooms for Vegas, all paid by us.

I heard about a contest at a local radio station and it was called "Freak show
Friday" and the point was to do the craziest thing and you would win front row
seats and backstage passes. Seeing how 3eb is my favorite band of all time
I had to do it so I called in and said I would eat bugs. So, the next day
I went down and ended uo eating 73 live worms. I won! The next night
my best friend and I went down and she told everyone there what I had done and
the guards thought it was the craziest thing. Then we went to go meet
Stacia so she she could take us backstage and she told me that she had told the
guys about me and they wanted to know who I was. So when theywere going
around she came up behind me and told Stephan that I was the girl who ate the
worms. It was so amazing he gave me a huge hug and told me he would not
forget what I had done. They all took pictures with me. After Arion
and Brad finished signing autographs they came and talked to me. They were
completely awesome. When Stephan asked me what it was like eating them all
I could say was that it was worth it. During the concert Stephan waved to
me during my favorite song and threw me his pick. Arion came over and said
hi to Stephanie, who is like his biggest fan, from stage and she just about
passed out. It was one of the best nights of my life. 3EB is the
BEST! Since then they have mentioned me in a few interviews as one of
their craziest fans.
omg i went to the show at reunion arena.. we were on the lower balcony, front
row! rite by the stage.. when stephan was coming into the audience to do jumper,
he passed rite by us and reached out his hand and my friend helped him down..i
got to touch him and i just about died. reading these other stories makes me
think it wasnt that great omg i would die if i actually met him.. i got pix of
him passing by, and when he was on the side of the stage.. eventually he had to
go back to the stage so i got to touch him again. ahhhh.. he is so beautiful, i
loved that top hat!!! i cant wait till they come back to dallas!
I met Stephan and the band the night they opened for the Wallflowers at the
Reunion Arena...and it was the best night of my life!!!
I drove all the way from Houston just to meet him. When me and my friend finally
got to the Reunion arena, where we had to exchnage the tickets, the line was
HUGE.
The show started at eight on the dot and they rocked!! It was awesome, they
played great and Stephan looked gorgeous
After they were done playing, we went to the back where the lomos were parked
and waited for about an hour and a half, until finally Stephan came out!!!
I was freaking out, and when it was my turn to talk to him the only thing I
managed to say was "you are wonderful", which was stupid now that I think about
it, that's something his garnma might tell him.
Anyway, he came back after he was done with all the other people that were
waiting for him and I asked him for a hug!!! It was the best hug, I know that a
hug is just a hug, but this was THE hug.
After that Brad came out and we talked to him for like ten seconds and that was
it, I know Tony was on the other side, but I didn't get to see him, and Arion
came out when they were about to leave.
They all are super nice, especially Stephen and Brad.
All I know is that everything about that night meant the world to me...they
rock!!
Hello Y'all, (kinda long BUT worth it!)
1st of all last night was probably the best night in my life thus far! I woke up
yesterday at 2:20 am because I had to go wait in line in downtown Dallas
to get 3eb tickets (all they gave out were vouchers that you had to turn in
for tickets - based on 1st come basis) well it rained on us but I met a lot
of cool 3eb fans - Finally the box office opened at 10AM after over 6 hours of
waiting in line. My friends and I got the floor front middle section row 6! I
couldn't believe it! I then waited around and hung out with some more 3eb fans
trying to score some meet and greet passes but that didn't work out.
I went home showered and took a 15 min. nap. I picked up my best friend from
the airport (she flew from DC to see 3eb!) I took her home and then went home to
prepare for the concert. When I got to the concert I got a poster and a
t-shirt (the blue one with the picture of all four of them on the front) Then
I went to my seats with my friends and the concert began! They opened up for the
wallflowers and played a SOLID hour of music. They opened with graduate and also
played anything, 10DL, NLYG, Wounded, DIOY, 1000 July's, Narcolepsy, Jumper (he
went out to the middle of the audience again too), HIGTB, MDB, and Semi-Charmed
Life (he dedicated the song to Al Gore and George Bush!) I
didn't stay for the wallflowers performance but someone afterwards told me that
Stephan went on stage with them during the "hero" song. They all looked
so cool too... Brad was wearing a red t-shirt, Arion was wearing a clash shirt,
Tony had on a pimp jacket with pearl colored frizz at the end and this cool
design. Stephan wore jeans with a long green shirt and his long overcoat (top
hat too!). OH BTW Stephan and Arion came out on stage with sunglasses on
too. They told us that they were going to be leaving for Vegas in a really good
mood b/c of the rocking crowd. After the show was over we went and waited in the
back for them. We had to wait about an hour and half and then they finally came
out! This was my 1st time EVER to meet the band (finally after my 6th 3eb
concert). I got pics with Tony, Stephan, and Brad. Arion was the only one
who didn't make it down to sign my poster. Stephan gave me a hug and a
kiss on the cheek too! I ALMOST DIED! It was so incredibly awesome y'all - and
the guys are so super sweet. I don't know how it's possible to love them
any more than I already do but they were everything I expected and a whole lot
more! I can't wait till I can meet them again! My friends and I took like 45
pictures so the really good ones I will scan for y'all to see. I want to give a
special thanks to TRACY - she gave me a guitar pic(spelling?)THANKS GIRL! OH and
Jen I told Stephan you said hi and he told me
to tell you HOWDY JEN! =) 3eb love! *completely on a 3eb high for life*
It was my 3rd concert, last night. November 3rd. They were opening band for the
Wallflowers. We had lower balcony but eventually I got myself to the floor and
up front right before the cops came over. I had this huge ass lens on my camera
because I wanted some cool shots of the band, well later when I got home I find
out the film didn't take. Anyway, they rocked the place as usual and we decided
to head over to Starbucks. Well on the way out I remember reading Jens "Meet 3eb
Directions." So I figured we would walk around in the rain and look for the tour
buses. Well we found them and stood in the rain for about an hour...then we
waited under a bridge for another hour where some people had gathered with us
and I look over and OH MY GOD there is Stephan Jenkins. As soon as he came up to
me I completely blanked out. It was all I could do just to stand there and look
at him. All I could say was..."Can I shake your hand? That's just all I want."
As soon as I got back to my car I just started balling. It was always my dream
to meet the band whose lyrics inspire me so deeply, and last night it came true.
So thanks, Jen. Couldn't have done it without you. (If I could get your
e-mail I would love to send you the poem I wrote about it ) later.
I finally met Stephan after many attempts. I was on stage with them during
the Bon fire tour. But I actually got to meet him in Dallas during the Red
Summer Sun Tour. I had gone to the concert in Houston the night before and
I drove to Dallas because one of the crew member hooked me up with tickets.
I went to "meet and greet" backstage and finally got the nerve to talk to him.
He actually remembered me and two of my body parts from the show the night
before. I hugged him and talked to him forever. He is one of those people that
you meet and feel like you know them already. Let's just say that tv does not do
him justice, he's even more beautiful in person.
Okay so the first time I met 3eb was just this past August when they came down
here to S.d. Tony, Arion, & Brad are THE SWEETEST guys I have ever met! They
signed our posters, posed for pics and even talked to us about all kinds of
stuff. They all came out first, and Stephan came out about what seemed hours
later. Well anyways, Stephan came out and had like 6 security guys surrounding
him! Anyways, when he finnaly came upto me I was like ready to die Iasked him to
sign my poster and told him how much I loved the band and stuff like that, and
he completly ignored me! Not once did ha look up to see who was talking to him
or even see who's poster he was signing! I asked him if he could take a picture
with my friend and I and he said "I don't do pictures". I was like going to
start crying right there and then! Now, when I read all of the other fans
stories, I'm like what's up with that?Not only that, I looked at his signature
and all it said was Sth! I mean seriously, did that visit to The Greig Kilborn
Show do somthing to him or what? What an asshole! But, no matter what, I'm still
a die hard fan! Love ya Stephan!

I had tickets to the May 7th show at the Warfield, but I had to give them a way
to pass a midterm the next day, or I would have been kicked out of school. Well
it turns out that Steven said that this was the best concert that 3eb has ever
played. So you can imagine how bumbed I was. I called my friend in LA who is
also a huge 3eb fan like me. And I rold him what happend. Then he said that he
had an extra ticket for the show that he was going to. This was a thursday. I
got a plane ticket that night and flew to LA. I got to go to the show the next
day. After the show, I begged my friend to stay after the concert. We waited for
three hours for Steven and the band to come out. Finally he came out. He came up
to me and asked me what I thought of the show. And of course it was awesome, so
I had to tell him so. Meeting him on the night has made me a fan for life!!!
Ok I have met SJ 3 times, but the last time was the funniest time of them all. I
was at a radio festival just chillin backstage while KoRn was playing, and I saw
SJ coming down the stairs so I thought I would say "HI!" and he kept the convo
goin and I asked him if he remembered me from the past 2 shows I had been at,
and he was like "OF COURSE I DO!!!" and we started walkin up the little hill
then it was starting to get later, and I was like ok well I gotta get going, and
I told him to gimme a hug, so his response was "WHY DO YOU EVEN ASK!?! WHY
DONT YOU JUST JUMP ON MY BACK!" and I mean I wasnt gonna shoot that offer down,
so I asked if he was serious, and he said yeah, so I hopped on his back!
haha. He gave me a piggy back ride to the trailers and then we said
goodbye, it was so halarious! Gotta love those guys!

one of the stage crew members at Hammerstien Ballroom. We got to stay after the
show, help take down the band's stage as well as chill out with the guys.

Girlfirend at the time, I am not sure who it was, but she was drop dead goergues.

I was really psyched about the concert.It was at Jones Beach and it would be the
second time seeing them. I did my hair and make up all purty just in case I was
lucky n got to meet him. I wore my favorite Third Eye Blind t-shirt, the one I
had gotten from the Hofstra University MTV Campus Invasion show. It's that one
with him jumping in a pair of sweet pants that made his bum look reaaaaaaaaaally
nice haha! Well anyway, my boyfriend jinxed us when we first got there. Like
these people I cannot stand from my school were there. I've never known them to
like 3eb so it really figged my newton when I saw them there cuz they're the
biggest bunch of posers and they gave me dirty looks cuz I was there. They put
me in a bad mood, that was until i met Stephan and they didn't! (nanananaa) So
those opening bands like the kgb and glitter mini 9 or something were playing
and me, my boyfriend, n my friend stood by the fence. We were hoping to maybe
just get a glimpse of him. Haha these people were sitting in the very spot we
were standing where he came up to us. But anywho, I'm just standing there
watching glitter mini 9 when I hear my friend going omigod omigod. I turn around

I met Stephan after a wonderful show at the greek theather i waited by his tour
bus the good thing was there wasn't anymore than 100 people. After 2 hours of
waiting he showed up wearing an L.A Dodgers cap and in all black wearing sandals
he signed my shirt and i got pictures of him and he called me sweetie.
I went to 3eb's concert on 08/13/00 with my better half. It was great!! After
the concert was over, I asked a man w/ a staff shirt on if he had anymore
backstage passes... I got the last one. Well, my boyfirend ditched me, like that
mattered, I was going to meet Stephan Jenkins! We waited outside a gate for
about 30 min. We were escorted in and sat down. When I saw him coming, I slowly
walked up to him... I was really nervous. The only thing that came out of my
mouth was "you are so sexy." He hugged me and said "damn girl you need to go
down the road w/ me for a minuet" I about died right there. Unfortunatly I had
to go, so I got his autograph and left on cloud nine! He is truley gorgeous, I
smile everytime I think about it.
I met Stephan a while back...May 13 in Spokane. TEB had been my fave band all
through high school so we drove 6 hrs (from Canada) to see them. Well, it just
happened to be they were staying in our hotel. So, just as he happened to be
waking up from a little nap on his bus, we were checking in...(He said he felt
like a vampire:) My sister and friend weren't really huge fans, but I was pretty
much shocked to be talking to him. We chatted about the new album, etc...
Anyway, we went to the show not really knowing what to expect. My sister was the
only one who was legal to drink... So, as we were enjoying a few drinks between
the 3 of us one of the roadies just came up and offered us backstage passes. We
ended up helping him with the lights for the opening band. It was fun... I guess
he is the perverted roadie who collects the 'little red panties'. He also told
us to where to meet him halfway through Jumper cause Stephan was doing "Losing a
Whole Year' on the balcony. So we made it up there, got a few pictures, and then
Stephan grabbed our camera and took a picture of the crowd down below and gave
our camera back. It was pretty cool... Anyway, the show in itself was awesome.
We ended up meeting them afterwards at the 'landing party' or whatever. We got
pictures and they all autographed our tummies:) Then we were all gonna meet back
at the hotel for drinks but then Stephan's like..."just come on our shuttle." So
we went backstage with them, took the shuttle to the hotel and hung out in the
lounge until they had to go. They were all really nice. We talked to Brad the
most and he was so nice and down to earth.
Yes, Stephan is REALLY sexy but I have to admit I was a little disappointed.
He's really cocky but I guess you can't really blame him. I guess I don't really
know what I expected..! I don't regret anything about that night but let's just
say Stephan is a bad bad boy...!
I met Stephan on april 1st at the electric facotry. jus as the show ended some
guy askes me if i wanted to me meet Stephan Jenkins. Ofcourse i wanted to. First
it was the rest of the band then Stephan came walking out all by himself, he is

ok heres the story...it was march 17, 2000. me and my b/f where at my moms work
(the purdential building) also where 101.9 radio station is at. ok well my step
dad called and told my mom that third eye blind was leaving the building after a
live interveiw..so my mom was like lets go by the elevators and see if we can
catch the...also that day i was going to the concert to see them that night.
well i bend over to get my cds and a marker out of my backpack..and dave (my
b/f) said "uhh there they are" so i got up and frooze..i had my third eye blind
shirt on and stephan and brad were walking right towards me. i started to walk
backwards and almost fell through a 3 story window. stephan and brad were so
tall i was shocked. well i studdered and said "cccan yyooou siiiggn my ccddd?"
and stephan said "sure sweety" ohh those words are inbedded in my head..so him
and brad signed my cds and my shirt and arion and tony passed us up and i had to
run to the van and they both signed my shirt..so now i have my shirt and cds
framed and hung up in my room. i will never forget that day..Another thing is
stephan, arion, tony and brad asked me if i was going to the concert that night
and i said yeah and they were like hope to see you there and guess what they
did...stephan waved to me...was a great St. Patricks day.

When we met light was shed....Where do we begin? My sister and I had an
all-around wonderful experience with the band on April 3rd, 2000. After the most
"rocking show" (what is rocking anyway?lol) at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC,
we were too pumped up to go home so we were thinking of things to do. We were
about to settle on some random bar, I noticed a piece of paper on the ground and
the fates had me pick it up. It just happened to be an invitiation from Rolling
Stone to a Lifebeat benefit at a club called Centro Fly, with none other than
Third Eye Blind as attendees!!!!!!!!!!!! Rachel and I looked at eachother for a
few seconds in disbelief, and decided to hop a cab to the party. Not that we
were anyone important, but we kept telling eachother we were so going to party
with the band! We didn't really think it would happen. After making it past the
guy with the clipboard at the door and making our worthy 10$ contribution we
were inside scoping out the scene. We noticed a special section towards the back
of the club that was blocked off by a velvet rope, and a LARGE bouncer. We
thought it must be some kind of VIP lounge and maybe that was where the band
would go. Of coarse we didn't just wait around though. The club was full enough,
but NO ONE was dancing. We were there to have a good time, and make ourselves
known, so we hit the dancefloor. A little later on I struck up a conversation
with the bouncer, aksing ever so important questions such as , "Is the band
going to be here? When? How can we get in there?" He made it very clear to us
that if we weren't with the tour we weren't getting in, so we decided to wait
and see what would happen. We were just chillin' when all of a sudden I hear my
sister repeating in a very soft voice, "Oh my God, oh my God", so I asked what
was up, and she said "they're here, the band's here, I just saw them walk in!"
Apparently I missed it, but Stephan, Arion, and Tony walked past us and through
the velvet rope. I turned to say something to Rachel, and it wasn't her standing

Hey, this is what happened. My friend Breanna, and I went to the
Aug. 29 concert in San Diego. We begged the security guys to let us backstage
but they wouldn't let us! =(. But they told us that on the fifth song Stephan
would be playing on this cement walkway thing. So Breanna and i went over
there in the middle of the fourth song. Then he came out and was like a
foot in front of me while he was singing sidated. I was screming so loud
and he couldn't even hear me. I needed to get his attention so i pulled
out a picture that I had drawn of him about a month earlier and showed it to
him. He looked at it , then at me and smiled. Then after he was
finished with his song her grabed my hand, put his pick in it and closed it up
so no one cpould take it. AHHHHHH! I was going crazy, and I couldn't stop
crying. So then after the concert was over we wnt back to where the tour
busses were and waited for the guys for TWO HOURS! But it was totally worth it.
They all signed my poster and we chatted. Stephan even rememberd me, and
signed the picture I drew of him. It was the best night of my
life!!!!!!!!!

I was standing on the shoulders of some guy! Stephan said something about
Britney Spear's butt, and I was like "uh uh" so I stood up, by my self and
showed him mine. Then a security guard handed me a backstage pass, I went back
stage and met all of the guys. It was the coolest thing ever.
I got a chance to met Stephan on Sunday at a concert in Knoxville, back stage.
I was even lucky enough to get a tour of his bus. He's a cool guy to meet
and he has the most gorgeous blue eyes. I can't belive that he is about to
turn thirty-six because he looks ten years younger. Stephan was nice
enough to come outside the gate and meet my two friends who did not have a pass
to go back. He gave me three ticketts to his show in Burmingham, Alabama
on Wednesday. I am sad to say that couldn't go to the show because it was too
short of a notice for my friends, so I ended up not having anybody to go with.
Stephan is a hottie and meeting him was of course an unforgetable
experience.

I met Stephan and the rest of the band at Live 105's BFD! To start off, Stephan
ran through the audience of the shorline and shook hands, and I thought that was
amazing because I was like 20 ft. from him! Then after 3eb's set I went to go
see A.F.I. On the way to the local stage I saw a HUGE line waiting on Limp
Bizcuit, or however those A-holes spell it. So I asked one girl if she knew if
3eb was gonna sign at the signing booth. She told me that they were up next, she
was cool and let me get in front of her,(She was in front of the line.)Turns out
Limp Bizcuit wasn't gonna sign, even though they knew people had been waiting 4
hours!!
3eb walked under the tent and I sware I almost shit my pants!!!!I was worried I
would blank out or something. I got up there and Arion was first, I had him and
the rest of 3eb sign my Bonfire Tour shirt with the pictures of everyone on
it(kevin too) Arion was such a nice guy, Tony just kinda looked at me and my t-shirt.Then
I met Stephan and I told him that I this had been my 4th 3eb concert. He asked
me how it was and I told them It ruled and I loved that they put Led Zeppelin
and The Ramones into their set, but the P.A. sucked, and he said, ya I noted
that too! I asked him why they didn't play God Of Wine at the end of their set.
He said that they were going to, but the people of LIVE 105 kinda pushed them
off the stage with time. Then I talked to Brad and Stepan at the same time for
almost 5 minutes, for some reason every time I would try to leave they would
keep talking to me!! We were talking about me doing the drum tabs on
3eb.net
By the way, Jen I saw somebody that looked exactly like your pictures and she
was wearing a web badge thing, but I couldn't catch up with her!

I've met him a few times. The first was when i was at a 3eb show during
their first tour. During the opening band i was standing next to stephan the
whole time during the concert. i didn't say anything to him because he was
trying to enjoy the concert. the 2nd was in chicago again during a q101
signing. my friend and i weren't in line but we screamed "stephan!" he
looked over at us and waved.
the 3rd encounter with him was in San Francisco...I was walking along the Merina
and saw him and Charlize parked along the water enjoying the view. She was
sitting in the drivers seat and he was in the passenger seat. I'm glad i
was cool about it and just left them alone....i don't think they would have
liked it if some fan started knocking on the car window!
While listening to an emerging band play on a small stage inside the venue we
were at my two friends and I stood by the gates and looked toward the tour
busses and the tent with picnic tables and stuff for the artists. We
weren't really expecting to meet anyone but we knew that if we did it would be
there. My two friends were watching the band onstage and I was half
watching them and half watching inside the gate. I first saw Stephan's feet, as
strange as it may sound I noticed his walk first. My friends heard me go omygod
as he walked toward us. They turned around and we said Hi. My friend, Megan,
asked him how he was and it was kind of really hard to hear because the other
music was really loud. Even thought I knew he doesn't like to take pictures, I
figured no one would believe us if we didn't, but he asked me not to because it
would draw attention- I completely understood and then he said something about
my shirt because its an old 3eb one. He asked us if we knew that he would be
coming out and we told him no, but it was exactly what we were hoping for. And
that was it. After he went on to the small stage and sang with the band that was
up there. My friends and I were all too stupid to bring a pen so we didnt
get an autograph, but thats okay just the memory of Stephan is enough. We
also saw Brad walk by as we were going to our seats. We spent most of the night
coming up with better things we could have said and felt really smart that all
we said was "How are u?" But when Third Eye Blind came on stage we forgot
about that and had a rad time.

during the bonfire tour, i went to see 3eb with some of my friends. after the
show, we went out back by the tour bus, and we ended up waiting around for
almost an hour, but it was worth it. eve 6 and our lady peace came out, which
was cool. and then stephan himself came out, and by then there were only about
10 people there, so we all got to meet him, and he hugged my and signed my
ticket. that was the best concert that i have ever been to!
I have met Third Eye Blind 3 times each at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia,
PA. I absolutely adore the band and I was thrilled to meet them. Once I met them
the first time I couldn't get enough. Now I wait after every show. I have seen
Third Eye Blind 9 times in concert and I plan to see them many more. As much as
I miss Kevin C., I am very happy to have Tony, who is such a nice guy, as a part
of the band!!!

I know I already posted once about meeting Stephan, but I met him again on July
8. Even though he hates pictures, Stephan offered to take one with me and he
remembered me from last time when I reminded him about it. He was really nice to
me. I threw a bracelet on stage during the show and didn't know if anyone got it
but when I got my pictures developed I noticed that Stephan was wearing my
bracelet! It was great. Stephan Jenkins deserves all the attention he gets from
his fans.
On Canada day, July 1st, 2000, 3eb were playing at a local club called
Merlins. It was a Labatt out of the Blue concert, so you had to win
tickets to go. Neither of us had tickets and I (renita) to be honest, am
not a fan of the band anyway. Stephanie however, loves them. So, we
went downtown to a bar called Etomik to celebrate our nations birthday. I wasn't
having a very good time, and was ready to leave, when I spotted Stephan Jenkins.
He walked passed me to go to the upper deck and I asked someone whether or not
it was him. They confirmed it was, so I went on a mad search for my best
friend, Stephanie. I found her, and because we were both very intoxicated,
we had no inhibitions about going to talk to him. So, we basically started
making small talk with him, got his autograph, and bought him a drink (rye and
ginger). After about an hour or so of talking with him, we asked him to
join us at a 24-hour cafe that we go to after a night downtown. To our
surprise, he agreed. This was very exciting for stephanie. She was
freaking. I was not nervous in the least, b/c I again am not a huge fan.
So, we walked to the cafe, which happened to be right next to his hotel.
I won a radio contest to meet the band. I went with my dad to the consert and
went backstage. 10 peopole were crunched up in a little room. When Stephan come
out, which was 15 min after we first got in there, I felt my knees lock up. My
dad stood beside me and handed him the jackets of my cds. then the radio station
guy said " this is our radio station contest winner Whitney" He nodded then said
" what did you do ?" I answered trivia. He nodded then said " some girl ate 31
worms without throwing up" I gagged and turned around for himto sign my shirt.
Right before he left he stood there beside my dad . No one said anything so my
dad desided to be bold and ask "Are you the lead singer?" Stephan said huh. So
my dad asked again. Stephan nodded then lokked at my dad like he was an idiot (
which he was ). I hit my dad said duh. Then Stephan left. Stephan may have no
shame but I do and that tops all of 'em! I should have decked my dad. My shirt
that he and the rest of the band signed is refered to as "the holy shirt"

Well I went to the concert not really expecting to meet them but I had decided
to stay after just in case. In the concert I pushed my way up to the front
while Tonic was on and held on tight waiting for 3eb. While they were
playing Arion kept looking at me because he was right in front of me and he and
I kinda motioned back and forth a few times. Stephan was basically trying
to look at everyone in the first 20 rows in the eye. Or at least it seemed
so. Finally he looked at me and I did the little triangle with my hands.
He smiled and looked kind of surprised and pointed before he did the triangle
back to me. Throughout the rest of the concert he kept looking at me and
smiling. Then afterwards, my friends and I sat down on the sidewalk and
struck up a conversation with the security dude. He told us it wasn't
likely that 3eb would be coming out and if they did it wouldn't be for a while.
Well if there was a chance, I was waiting. After about a half hour the
guys from Tonic came out and this girl asked if they would go get 3eb so the
drummer went and got Tony. Then Tony went and got Stephan and Arion.
When Stephan came up to me I told him how much he's affected my life and thanked
him. He and I talked for about 5 minutes while he signed my shirt and took
some pictures with my *ready* camera. It was the awesomest thing of my
life to talk to someone who's affected my life in as many ways as he has.
He was really nice and down-to-earth kind of guy. After all I had heard
about him I wasn't sure but he really is a cool guy and amazed by the support of
the fans. To Stephan: Thanks for coming out and meeting all of us fans!
I'll be there the next time you come here (or anywhere close enough for me to
go).
Well, I met Stephan and the rest of the band here in Portland at their show here
on May 10th. My roommate and I went to their concert. We had a
blast. But that wasn't enough for me. i had read on this sight
that if you went by their tour bus after the show, you would be able to meet
them and get their autograph. It would take a while, but you would.
So, we were out there, with about twenty other hard core fans, in about 45
degree weather. We waited out by their bus for about two hours. Then
(finally) here came Tony. He was awesome. Very nice and he was out
there for a while with us. After he left, about twenty minutes later, Brad
came out. He was very cool also. He signed whatever us fans wanted
him to sign and he was really down to earth. After about 25 minutes of
being out there with us, he left. Stephan wasn't out yet because during
the show, he sprained his ankle. You couldn't tell though while they were
performing. We all were not going to leave until we got his autograph.
By this time, my roommate was getting impatient and wanted to go home but she
was a good friend and stayed with me. Finally, she left to go see if
Stephan was around the corner or something. SO, she went and asked this
guy at this desk to see when Stepahn was going to come out ant time soon.
He went and found out for her and wouldn't you know, when the guy came out, so
did Stephan. She sat there and talked to him for a few minutes and told
him that a lot of people were out there waiting for him and he sent someone to
get all of us. When I got over there. I was totally stoked. I was
finally going to get what I came for. I got his autograph and talked to
him for a minute. He was on crutches and he was still signing autographs.
I thought that was awesome. That proved that he was really dedicated to
his fans. After I got my autograph, I said thank you and left. There
was a huge line of fans behind me. my autograph reads, "To Jenell, Hugs
and Kisses, Stephan Jenkins." That is like my prized possession now.

My friend Janet and I had heard that the band was going to be on David Letterman
months beforehand, so we started planning our little excursion into the city. We
got to the studio in the pouring rain (it soon stopped) and waited for Stephan
to come out. We were in no way going to stay behind a barrier, we had to have
our chance to get our pics with him. When he did come out, we pushed through 2
press photographers to get to him to give him flowers that a friend's boyfriend
had given to us. It was fate that we got those sunflowers because as soon as he
saw them, he immediately came over to us and said "Aww, thank you so much" we
were about to get our pictures taken when he was whisked away into his limo to
the Daily Show with John Stewart. Janet and I weren't feeling very satisfied,
and she suddenly had a brainstorm, the best idea anyone ever came up with, so no
sooner had she mentioned it, then I was on my cell phone finding out where the
Daily Show tapes. It turned out to be only one block up and a few over from
where Letterman tapes in Manhattan, so we RAN. When we got there, we had to make
sure we were in the right place, I saw a limo across the street, but I still
wasnt sure, until something in the gutter caught my eye. There were 2 petals
from the flowers that we gave him floating in the water, so then we knew, and
finally someone who worked at the show peeked his head out the stage door. Sure
enough, he was there and he did take our flowers in with him. How sweet!!!
The anxiety was killing the both of us we had 20 minutes to wait for him, and it
felt like an eternity, probably moreso because we were the ONLY ones out there
to greet him, so we knew what was coming. Finally out he came, as gorgeous as
ever. When he saw us his face immediately got a surprised look on it. His mouth
dropped open and he asked us "OK ,just tell me how you guys got here" to which
we replied that we ran! He was really nice, and took pictures with us. We both
got a handshake, a kiss on the cheek (and not one of those phony ones, one where
I will always remember the wetness from where he kissed me on my cheek), a few
compliments and a nice conversation, with Stephan. Not to mention a nice momento
in the form of a picture to remember our day. Which was the greatest day of our
lives. Thank You Stephan!!!
Well i have seen 3eb 3 times and met stephan twice, because my friend melissa is
pals with arion, i am too lazy to type it all out but it was allll good, now
this was also the time stephan was in his "i dont take photos" phase but we got
him alone and told him we would tell everyone to call him Cranky Jenkie if he
didnt so he did! its a cute pic, everyone says he is mean,but hes sooo not!! hes
VERY friendly i stood in the rain and talked to him in seattle and then inside
the venue backstage in spokane, it was cool
OK...heres the deal..i ordered my tix for 60 bux...but then i went to ebay and
found closer tix...i was gonna get as close as possible, i ended up payin 200
dollars for three tix...we got to the show and i muscled my way up to the front
of the crowd and during the show, he kept lookin at me...well after the show, we
went around back and waited...well tony was the first one out...he came right up
to me and started talking...and he ended up takin my pen to sign autographs
with...anyway..we talked to tony and all, then brad came out, he didnt say much,
then arion came out and he was really cool...i talked to arion for a while...im
not gonna get too specific, cause this IS supposed to be about stephan...well
after all the guys left, i was standin there, entertaining those around us, me
and adam, marc, eden, david, all really good friends of mine, who made the drive
from another state with me...any way...i was tellin all the ppl around me about
stephan, all that i know and such, when one of the guards went up to him,
inside, and told him about me...she came back several minutes later and told me
that she went and told him that he had an obsessed fan outside...so he came out
a few mins later started signing autographs...he got to me and i froze...all i
could think about was.."hey..heres stephan...stephan jenkins...stephan jenkins
LEAD SINGER OF THIRD EYE BLIND!!!"..and then he signed our stuff and walked to
the next ppl....i just stood there...then..i woke up and started talkin to him
and ended up puttin on a forum of sorts for all those around..i was the really
chatty guy that a previous person spoke of..see one of the earlier posts...lisa
i think posted it...anyway..i asked about creed, pearl jam, mb20, steve harwell,
kevin, tony, other songs, drugs, macy gray..we talked for a while...then when he
left...he came over and shook my hand and then walked off....and thats my
story...from that point on..ive been in the numbness.....

I met Steven and the rest of the band at a special backstage meet and greet. My
dad knew someone at the radio station where the band was headlining the radio
concert and i got to meet all of them. After everyone left they let me stay and

Okay well My friends and I went to the concert they had at USF Sundome in Tampa.
We were hanging out with these people from our school. These trashy girls show
up and get all our guy friends down to the floor somehow. My friend tried to get
the girls to get us down too but they didn't. Anywaze... my friends and I made
friends with one of security guards. We asked if he could get us floor seats or
backstage passes but he wouldnt. BUT he did let us in on a little secret. He
told us exactly where Stephan would be coming out into the crowd. We thought he
was lying but we gave him a chance. Before Third Eye Blind came out the girls
started yelling stuff to us about how they were on the floor and we werent.But
we didnt mind especially if what the guy was saying was true. There was no one
around except like 2 other people. I started to notice a lot of security guards
around us. They told us to stay behind this yellow line. When the song ended I
looked down this passage way and saw Stephan running right towards my friends
and I! I started freaking out. He stood right next to us. I thought he wouldnt
say anything to us but he turned around and shook our hands. I didnt know what
to say! My friend told him she loved him and he replied with a cheery "thanks."
The music started and the spotlight hit shined on Stephan and we were right
beside him, until everyone one rushed over to him!! My friend even rubbed his
hair while he was singing!!It was soo great. It had to be one of the greatest
experiences!! He's soo awesome!! I hope I get to meet him again and actually say
more than a stupid "HI"

I met him after their an Astronauts and Dragons concert, which they kicked ass
in back at the venue or whatever the hell that's called. He was real cool,
he called Carson Daly on his cell phone in front of us just fucking around.
He didn't really want to take pictures with anybody, but that was all right with
me. He seemed really tired and worn out and like he really probably
would've wanted to be somewhere else (like in bed probably) but he was still
very nice and he tried his best to look happy. I've never heard of any
other band doing stuff like this and I think it's really cool that all of them
are this nice. The whole band was great to the people after the show and
it just makes their music even more likable.

I got to meet 3eb at a Y100 Sonic Session. It is a small room with about 30
people where you get to sit and listen to bands play for about an hour. It
was great!! I sat right in front of Stephan on the floor and got some great
pictures up close. We weren't allowed to ask for photos with the band but we
could take pix of them playing. Stephan was very nice and shook my hand and
thanked me for the roses that I sent him at the show the night before. The other
members didn't seem interested in talking or taking time out to say hi to their
fans. Brad and Arion were playing with a roll from the caterers.
Weird. Anyway, Stephan was so hot, even in his Nike sandals and fatigues. He has
the most beautiful eyes that I've seen anywhere. It was the opportunity of a
lifetime and I had a blast!!!! Deb
I actually first saw them in Portland Oregon and we got some meet and greet
passes from the crew guys cuz we showed up like 4 hours before the show started.
So at the end of the show we waited for them to come out but Stephan hurt his
ankle and so he didn't come out. I asked Brad if he could put me on the Guest
List for the Eugene show and he did!!!!! So I finally met Stephan on May 14th. I

Ok for the sake of anyone who reads this im gunna keep it as short as
possible...........After my first 3eb show my friends and I decided we wanted
some autograpghs, so we waited in those stupid lines that the security gaurds
make, well while we were waiting a girl came up to me and said that stephan was
sitting in a window on the side of the building at about the 3rd floor. I
grabbed my friends and we followed the girl, there he was just like she said but
that didnt really help any... as we were standing there i noticed an open door
with no security gaurds or anyone for that matter, after pointing it out to my
friends we decided to go in, at first we were all pretty dissapointed , it was
just a back alley, then someone mentioned a fire escape lol. we all climbed up
it and found an open window. we werent gunna go in a first(dont ask me why)but
then someone said if we dont go in were gunna regret it for the rest of our
lives, so we all knew what had to be done. We got in and scoped out the area not
much, then we went down some stairs and there it was room 316 "3eb hospitality
room" after about 10min of standing there in awe of THE DOOR..we finally got the
guts to knock on the door(ok well us guys made the 2 girls do it hehe). I
dont know who answerd the door i think it was brad but he let us come in...i was
thinkin there was gunna be like tons of people in there but when i got in i
looked around and it was just us,stephan,brad and a few guys from
tonic.....wow. we told the guys what we went through to get up there and they
thought it was the coolest thing in the world....arion later described it as
"totally booming" lol. We talked about alot of stuff... i wish i could
tell u guys everything but that would take forever. The thing that really
impressed me about stephan is that he really cared about what we thought.. i
told him i was mad that he only sang half of my favorite song (red summer sun)
and if he would sing a little bit of it for me.. "been a long, a long time to

I have a lil story to tell even though i only got to shake Stephan's hand and
get a lil scribble. I saw 3eb at the purdue show. I met up with 2 of my
friends at the back of the venue. One of my friends got a bacstage pass
from one of the roadies and my other friend and myself couldn't get any cuz they
were only giving them out to girls. Anyway when they played Losing a whole
year the lights went out...i was on the first balcony and all of a sudden
stephan pulls out this prob gun that shoots out a *bang* flag simeltaniously
(sp?) when the music blasts back, in full and the lights shoot on... He was like
right there in front of us and we were all jumping and standing on our chairs
but the security was bitchy and made us get down...anyway he pulls off this top
hat thingy and dumps it over the balcony and all this blue glittery stuff flies
everywhere...it was awesome as hell...after the concert our friend came out with
Tony and pulled us out of the line for autographs after 2 hours of waiting and
we talked to the other people who had backstage passes. Everybody was really
nice brad signed my shirt everybody else signed my ticket. I only wish i would
have gotten to talk to stephan more than a few secs but he made a lil scribble
on our tikets but he was just leaving and in a hurry anyway he shook our hands
and said it was nice meeting us that was the coolest thing ever..i'm determined
to see them again this summer no matter how far i have to drive! ~
ok, i took this out of my journal on my homepage, so it might have swears, and
may not be suitable for everyone.
i’m ecstatic. i can’t sleep, nor can i think or stop shaking. i just got back
from an exciting night at the walker theatre with Third Eye Blind. it was an
outstanding performance and i had an enormous amount of fun. i enjoyed the
opening act, Tonic, but when i saw my favourite band get on stage, i couldn’t
stay in my seat. it was absolute mayhem with all the girls on the floor fighting
for the guitar picks and drum sticks that were launched by Tony Fredianelli
(guitar), Arion Salazar (bass), Stephan Jenkins (vocals), and Brad Hargreaves
(drums).
the show was great, but like they say, all good things must come to an end. and
inevitably, the show was over and it was time to go home. when i got outside,
there were some people standing around and i heard a familiar voice yelling
obscenities from above. i looked up and not too surprised, Tonic’s lead singer
was telling us that we all “fucking rule.” it was great, so i decided to stick
around for a bit.
after about 10 minutes, the band members came out and gave autographs and hugs.
i was fortunate enough to get all of them to sign my arm (thanks Jeff Russo
[guitar], Emerson Hart [vocals], Dan Lavery [bass] and Kevin Shepard [drums] . .
. you guys are awesome!) anyhow, after the signing and Emerson mooning the crowd
was over, i waited patiently for a slim chance of meeting Stephan. yeah right i
thought to myself. i didn’t think that an awesome band like themselves would
actually come out.
anyhow, the band came. and it was intense. Tony was the first to come out. he
seemed like an okay kinda person, and he sure was good lookin’. he was out there
signing for quite a bit of time. and then, when he went in, we all waited
patiently for another member to reveal themselves to the “outter world.” MY GOD!
! ! it was Stephan. he had come out, and man, was i ever lost. just one look
into his eyes made me fall apart.
i waited patiently as he worked his way to the front. when he finally got to me,
i was just crying . . . there were tears streaming down my face, and i didn’t
know what to say. so, he looked at me and said, “Hey there! You okay, sweetie?”
i smiled a big smile and forced a “Yeah, I think so.” i told him about how great
i think he is, and how much i love his music. then he asked, “Do you want me to
sign your shirt?” i answered, “Yes, I would so love that. Please!” he smiled at
me and said, “Okay, now, hold this shirt up for me so that I can sign it.” i was
shaking so bad that i didn’t know what to do. he looked at me and smiled again.
“Are you sure you’re okay, sweetheart?” i nodded. “Why are you shaking?” he
asked. i responded with a “Because I’ve always wanted to meet you, and never did
it cross my mind that I would ever get the chance.” he took the marker to his
hand and lifted the shirt. “Okay, sweetie, you gotta stop shaking, you can do
it. We can do this together.” i finally understand the true meaning of "My smile
will not mislead you."
when he was done signing it, he gave me a big hug and then kissed me on the
cheek. just before he let me “un-hug” him, he whispered in my ear, “I’ll never
let you go.” and at that part, i just couldn’t contain myself as i continued
crying. he said “You’re gonna be okay.” then, he took my arm and took off his
bracelet and put it around my wrist and gave me another hug. i could have died
there and be perfectly happy. i couldn’t believe it. i had met my hero, and i
even got a bracelet that will always remind me of the sweet, charming, beautiful
and amazing Stephan. i just wish he knew how much he’s luved. “THANKS A LOT,”

Okay, last night i went to the 3eb concert and was fortunate enough to be
standing right in front of the stage. During the concert i was dancing, and just
getting into the music. Stephan kept looking over at me so i decided to flash
him (full frontal!!). from then on he was always pointing and waving to me. He
must have gotten one of the roadies to give me a backstage party pass. So at the
end of the first encore, he pointed to me as he was going off the stage and the
next thing i new someone was tapping me on the shoulder giving me a backstage
pass. I was so excited i didn't even stay around for the second encore. i had to
wait for the boy's to shower and get changed, so i decided i would steal a towel
that Stephan had used during the concert. When they came out i went to get their
autographs on the towel. I was near Stephan so i went to him. Istarted to talk
to him, he thought it was really funny that i had stolen his towel, but it was
still a little wet, so i put it down for him to sign it. Then we talked some
more about the show, and he told me that befor he wasn't feeling well, but when
he saw me having fun he said that i was his inspiration last night, actually he
said "kiddo, you were a hudge inspiration to me tonight", you can guess that i
was awed by this. So i gave him a big hug and kiss, and told him that i was glad
he felt inspired by me, and that i just came out to hear some really good music,
and because of him my expectations were blasted away. Then we went our seperate
ways. I have never been so comfortable around a celeberity like that, so
Stephan, if you read this, thanks for everything!!

Oh wow. Stepahan Jenkins. He is such an amazing musician. That is why my goal at
the concert was to meet him. I was with my friend, and we had been there 4 hours
before the concert. After we waited the four hours, arion came out. He was
really really nice. I got a pictre of him. I wasn't really nervous seeing him,
but then stepahan came out, and I was completely star-struck...(well, actually
"star-crossed-pimp-struck"...) but anyways, i was going completely psycho
in my mind, but he said "hey, what's up, y'all?" Then when he was walking away,
i got a picture of him, and he saw a hot dog vendor, and said "hey are those hot
dogs?" and he went in the stage doors. I am really mad, because I didn't get to
see more of him, and I didn't get a picture of his sexy face. He had gotten a
hair cut, and he was looking sooo hot. If he ever comes back to Winnipeg, I be

Alright so yet again I got to meet Stephan and the rest of the band. It was
really cool because me and two of my other friends got there like 4 hours early.
We hung out outside the venue place and got to meet a bunch of interesting
people, which include the guuitarist and bassist for Tonic. They were really
cool guys! We also talked to a bunch of the roadies for 3eb which are all
basically cool guys but some are really really perverted. But one of them we
met, whose name is Jeff, was a really nice and cool guy. We talked to him for
like forever and asked if we could get landing party passes. He said he didn't
know but to meet him after Tonic played. So we met him and he hooked us up. So
afterwards I got to meet the band (excluding Arion because his dumb ass decided
not to come out) for the 4th time!!! It is such a cool experience being able to
meet your favorite band and talk to them and stuff!!! Oh and I still keep in
touch with the cool roadie via email.
I attended the 3eb concert on Friday night in Montreal, at Club Metropolis. I
met Tonic before the show (and chatted with the new drummer Jereme for, like.
10-15 minutes). After the show, Brad was the first one I met. He was just the
sweetest guy ever. I didn't get a pic because I ran out of film. :( But I talked
to him and asked some questions and he was just so nice! I asked for a hug and
he said it was no problem and being in his arms was so perfect. Brad left and
then Stephan came out. He signed my CD and I asked how he was feeling, cuz Brad
had said that he wasn't feeling too good. Stephan said he was feeling better. I
then asked if he liked the bracelet I gave him (I had thrown some bracelets for
the band while they were peforming). He held out his wrist and asked which one
was the one I gave him, and I pointed to it and he thanked me. I didn't talk to
him much but he was a real nice guy. I wish I got a hug. But meeting him and
talking to him was the best thing ever! I hope they come back here again.
Montreal loves them and I can't wait to see them perform again. And maybe meet
them again (including Tony and Arion, whom I didn't get to meet.) 3EB RULZ

Hey Jenn and everyone else out there, I met Stephan and Brad last night, April
29th, 2000 in Montreal, Quebec. 3EB is my fav. band and has been for 5 years.
The kind of band where you fall in love with the music before the people. Then I
discovered Stephan and oh lord. The show was UNFORGETTABLE. After the show, I
waited by the busses for 2 hours. There surprisingly weren't alot of people,
maybe 20. First Brad came out, he's really hot in real life, and made the effort
to make eye contact with everyone he signed for. We were all in a crowd. An hour
later, for Stephan, the bodyguard made us line up against the wall "No rushing
him, no posed pics, can't sign more than one item, etc." So I squished in line.
Waited a bit, THEN I SAW HIM. Wearing a navy 3EB hoodie, pants, and runners.
Messy black hair. I couldn't believe he actually stopped to chat with the fans.
He stopped. So he got to me, and I saw the bead bracelets he was wearing on his
right hand--how cute.
I handed him my ticket to sign (had no idea I was actually going to meet him.
brought no camera, no cd, nothing)
He saw me smiling from here to kingdom come, so he looked at me STRAIGHT IN THE
EYES and said: How are you doing?
and I said: I'm fine, and you? He said: I'm sick as a dog <cough>. I said: Awww,
sorry about that.(but he still managed to put on an amazing show!) He handed me
back the ticket and I said thanks alot, (trying to sound all calm) and he said,
No problem. STEPHAN AND THE BAND IS SO POLITE AND RESPECT US, THEIR FANS. 3EB
FOREVER!!!! Hope they come to see us again.

I'm from Montreal and I'm just
back from the show, well their second one tonight! After the show I went
to a bar and the 3EB guys enter. They start jamming with the band that was
playing there! It was incredible, I never saw that before! I heard they do
that often. I had the chance to talk with Stepan and he's the greatest!!! Their
show rock tonight, they played for almost 3 hours

I met Stephan and the band 2 times. Once in Colombus Ohio and in Marietta OH. My
friends and I waited at the Marietta waited an hour and a half to meet him. He
was the last one to come out. He was talkin on a cell phone and he had Boo with
him. He told us to say Hi to his manager on the phone. At the Colombus one we
waited 2 and half hours. It was worth the wait. He is so cute. He started at our
end of the line to get our autographs signed. I was allowed to take side shots
of him. I was quite happy. My friend Meghan is a bigger fanatic of him that I am
, I like Tony a lot too. So wait patiently and look hott. You'll get his (their)
attention. :) We gave Tony a monkey but we didn't ahve time to get Stephan
anything, so next concert we are gonna get him some bead necklace! :)
We met 3eb before a show at the Orpheum theatre in Boston because we had meet
and greet passes. Since we really had no clue what to do we kind of sat in
this ghetto room under the stage while Tonic was on and one by one the band came
out. We got all of their autographs. Arion is the nicest one, he
asked for our names and shook our hands and treated us like we were human.
I know alot of time people say that we shouldn't treat famous people any
differently because they are humans, well we didn't but it kind of seemed like
Stephan didn't think we were human. We weren't two drooling saps and we
didn't act like losers but he kind of has a 'why are you bothering me you bottom
feeding scums' attitude. But whatever, we finally got to meet the band and
the show was awesome. After the show we waited around for pics, this has
been a major goal for us. It was almost complete except for the fact that
Stephan is not taking photos anymore but everyone else took them and they were
all nice to us. Stephan was telling us about something he saw on some
nature show and sharing his views on the American economy. Arion
remembered us and was very happy that we waited around after the show to get a
pic with him.
I went to my first ever Third Eye Blind Show April 24 (this past monday) in
Boston-- and it was sooo incredible.. i never seriously imagined that i would be
meeting the band.. I was lucky enough to have a box seat really close to the
stage, but then one of the crew members came to tell us that he would be singing
right in the area in front of my seat.. then that we all would recieve backstage
passes... anyway i had finally gotten to meet him after a bit of trouble (i'm
only 16 and i had a bunch of friends with me) and some time, the band gradually
came out... Stephan last of course... he was kind of aloof but super-nice... he
has such amazing eyes... you can see the fire in them... anyway he wasn't
terribly friendly but i still think he's amazing. He has this quality that makes
him amazingly sexy... it was the most amazing night

Hi! I met Stephan and the rest of the band on April 24th, 2000. First two of my
friends and I waited till they showed up to the venue and met them while they
got out of their limo. We were the only ones there and I had waited 3 1/2 years
to finally meet my fav band. I missed the opening act but that was ok.After I
took your advice and hauled ass out back of the Orpheum Theatre where we had
heard they would sign some autographs. After waiting an hour Stephan came out
and signed. He was the nicest guy and I was sooo happy becasue I finally got to
meet the guy and the band that I've adored since they first came out. I would
give anything to meet them again. Hopefully I will!

Hey jen, first off awesome site! ok i went to my 1st 3eb concert three
days ago. me and three friends waited in an ally behind the theatre for 3 and a
half hours to see their limo pull up. We ended up missing Tonic, but who
cares!!?!
They all go out and Brad and Arion asked us if we were going to the show.
Stephan shook my hand, and thats all i remember because i was extremly excited.
We were the ONLY fans there waitng for them--it was a DREAM come true! After the
show we went back and waited about and hour and a half for them to come out.
Tony was incredibly sick so only Stephan came out. He signed my shirt. When
Stephan signs something he takes the time to look into your eyes and really get
into your soal. It was a great experience and i met a lot of nice security
guards who were very helpful. PLEASE COME BACK TO BOSTON STEPHAN, WE LOVE YOU
AND WE'RE YOUR FOLKS!

Hey Jen, I first met Stephan and the rest of the guys at Purdue
University, after a show and on my bithday no less. What a birthday it was.
Stephan was the last one out and he was really nice about singing things and
taking pictures (as long as they weren't posed) I have the most awsome picture
of him signing the back of my 3eb t-shirt. As my husband snapped our picture
Stephan said, "Jen, I'm glad you were born." That was the best present I
received. After that concert I knew I had to see another one so, a month
later I saw them in Columbus. After the show when Stephan, finally, came
out he was really nice about all the crazed fans. He let us take pictures,non
posed of course, and I brought my picture of him signing my shirt at Purdue.
He said, "This is a cool picture." And it turned out great. I know
some people have said he can be a jerk, but I'm sure he just has his off
days-like anyone else. So enjoy the music and don't be too hard on the
guy. He does more than most rockers would.
I was at the concert on April 14, 2000
and the bus for Tonic was on the side where the line was to get in,(everyone
could see it), and everyone thought it was 3EB's bus. My girlfriend's mom was
talking to the security gaurd and he told her where the bus was really at, so
after the AWESOME concert, we headed out to the bus, and waited for HIM. I got
his autograph twice and my girlfriend got it 4 times. I shook his hand and
afterwards we all went down to 6th street and went clubbing!!! WOW! :)
I was SO excited and my g/f (Sommer), almost fainted. ha ha ha it was soooo
cool.

Hey! Well I'll admit..I haven't been into 3eb for all that long...I have
some very obsessed friends that gradually got me into the band (i'm mainly into
punk and ska...so they are quite a change). But anyway I saw them March
17th @ the Riv in Chicago. The show rocked and afterwards I found my two
friends with landing party passes... I was really really jealous but me and my
other 2 friends decided to try to stick around...and we lucked out and got
in...We met all the guys they were incredibly down to earth and cooler than I
had expected. Stephan is far more beautiful than he even looks on TV.
A few weeks later, April 18, I took a trip down to Illinois State University
with two of my friends to see the band again. We got there about four
hours early and sat outside of the place forever. During that time we met
Tonic and lots of interesting 3eb roadies....and THE BOO! She was such a cute
dog! One of them ending up giving us more landing party passes so we met
them again (well Arion never came out). But what i noticed was that
Stephan is really really tall and he gives really good hugs. Anyway you
have a really great site!
It isn't that exciting of a story, but I did get to take multiple pictures of
him. I waited outside for him after the show and he came out and I had him
autograph my jacket on the back, along with the rest of the band on the front.
He gave me a hug, and I treasure that forever because He's Stephan Jenkins!!!

I saw 3EB first in Dallas on April 12th in Dallas. I met them outside afterwards
and Stephan gave me a hug and I gave him a really lame letter I wrote him. I
knew that when I was faced with him I wouldn't be able to really speak, but I
really wanted him to know how I felt about the lyrics and the music and all that
so I wrote it down while I was waiting for him to come out. Then I saw them on
April 18th in Illinois where I live. I met him again and I asked him if he read
my letter and I explained what it was about and he touched my arm and told me he
did remember it and asked me my name and how was I doing. He told me about the
upcoming tour starting in July. I said thank you and I hugged him. He's really
really nice. I swear I thought I was going to die. It's kind of weird to
meet your idol, or someone that inspires you on such an intense level. You want
them to know how much it means to you. I hope they do.
I met Stephan and the rest of the guys in the band after the show that night in
Warrensburg. It was really awesome. He is so cool. I was
really impressed because I could tell he really wasn't in the mood to meet
people after the show, but he was still talking to everyone and stuff. He
wasn't rude at all. Arion and Brad stayed around awhile and talked to
people and signed autographs. It was also pretty cool getting to meet the
new guitar player, Tony. He really amazed me at the show with how much
better of a guitar player he was than Kevin.
I recently went to the Austin show on April 14th and had the time of my life!I
