Music style: Alternative/Punk How does 3eb influence musically?: 3eb is the lead singer/guitarist/song writer's absolute favorite band, and it totally shows in all 3 of those aspects... I learned how to play guitar by practicing 3eb songs like "Jumper," "I Want You," and "Semi-Charmed Life." It's just natural for me to play and write music like Stephan and the band. Who do you think you sound like?: We have a wierd combination of influences... 3eb, Green Day, Weezer, Sublime, etc. etc. Artist history: We are totally new to the music scene! The frontman and bassist were in 2 local bands, but decided to form their own. We haven't even been together for a year yet... The band name is a made-up word; Slampiece. What is a slampiece, u ask? Anything u want it to be... Group members and their role in the band: Tom (aka Flotty)- lead vocals, guitar, song writer; Matt (aka Snakes)- vocals, bass; Ned - drummer Albums: None - yet! We're in the process of recording a demo... we're mainly workin' on writing and arranging our own material. |
